IPN 8710 anticorrosion and epoxy coal tar pitch anticorrosion are mainly used for tap water supply and water transmission pipeline. This kind of anti-corrosion generally adopts the external epoxy coal asphalt anti-corrosion and internal IPN 8710 anti-corrosion processes, with simple process flow and low cost.
3PE anti-corrosion and TPEP anti-corrosion are generally used for gas transmission and tap water transmission. These two anti-corrosion methods have the best performance and high degree of process automation, but the cost is generally higher than other anti-corrosion processes.
Plastic coated steel pipe is the most widely used anti-corrosion process in the current application fields, including water supply and drainage, fire sprinkler and mining. The pipeline anti-corrosion process is mature, the anti-corrosion performance and mechanical performance are very strong, and the later maintenance cost is low and the service life is long.
